Winning numbers and draw data

  • Draw date: September 2, 2026
  • Main numbers: 3, 10, 29, 58, 64
  • Powerball: 14
  • Power Play: 2x
  • Published jackpot: $173 Million
  • Main-number sum: 164
  • Odd/even split: 2 odd and 3 even
  • Main-number range: 3 to 64 (spread 61)
  • Previous draw compared: August 31, 2026

None of the five main numbers in the Powerball drawing on September 2, 2026, carried over from the previous result. The main numbers were 3, 10, 29, 58 and 64, followed by Powerball 14. The multiplier was 2x, and the published jackpot was listed as $173 Million.

A higher sum with three even numbers

The five main numbers added up to 164. That total was 25 higher than the sum of 139 recorded for the August 31 drawing. The increase came with two numbers in the upper 50s and 60s: 58 and 64 together accounted for 122 of the current draw’s total.

Three of the main numbers were even—10, 58 and 64—while 3 and 29 were odd. That produced a three-even, two-odd split. It was a clear contrast with the previous main line of 11, 17, 25, 37 and 49, in which all five numbers were odd.

The Powerball also changed, moving from 10 in the August 31 result to 14 on September 2. The multiplier remained at 2x across both drawings.

A 61-point span without consecutive numbers

The main numbers extended from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 64, creating a spread of 61. In plain terms, that spread is the distance between the lowest and highest main numbers. The gaps between the selected numbers were 7, 19, 29 and 6, so there were no consecutive pairs.

The lack of repeated main numbers is another direct difference from the prior drawing. None of 11, 17, 25, 37 or 49 appeared among the September 2 main numbers. The two drawings therefore had separate five-number main sets, even though both used the same 2x multiplier.

These comparisons describe only how the September 2 result differed from the August 31 result. Sums, odd-even splits, spreads, gaps and repeats vary from drawing to drawing, and their historical appearance does not predict future Powerball results.
